ITDWX retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Confidentiality: ITDWX agrees to keep all client information confidential, including project details, proprietary information, and any other sensitive data. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any proprietary information of ITDWX without explicit consent.

8. Communication: Effective communication is crucial for project success. Clients are expected to respond promptly to requests for information, feedback, or approvals. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

9. Project Delivery and Acceptance: Upon completion of the project, clients will be provided an opportunity to review and test the deliverables. Once the client approves the project, it will be considered accepted. Any subsequent changes requested may be subject to additional charges.

10. Warranty and Support: ITDWX provides a limited warranty on its work and offers a specified period of post-launch support. Any issues arising from third-party modifications or client interventions are not covered under this warranty.

11. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term. In such cases, clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

12. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond their control, such as acts of nature, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
